Thanksgiving - Thanks Living

Romans 1:21 - Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not
as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their reasonings, and
their foolish heart was darkened. .

Luke 17:15, 16 - "And one of them, when he saw that he was healed,
turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God, '"And fell down on his
face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan.

I Thessalonians 5:18 - In every thing give thanks: for this is the will
of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

"Thank you Lord, for saving my soul;

Thank you Lord, for making me whole;

Thank you Lord, for giving to me Thy great salvation so rich and free. "

In America today we have so very much to be thankful to God for. We are
only 6% of the world's population, but we enjoy over 52% of the world's
good things. Never have any people had so much, at any time in world
history, but like the people of old "When they knew God," they did not
want to retain him in their knowledge. Many do not even thank God for
sending his Son into the world that we might have eternal salvation in
him.

May I ask you a question? Are you thankful to God for what he has done
and is doing for you?
