The Christ of God

Matthew 1:1 - The book of the generation of Jesus Christ, the son of
David, the son of Abraham

Matthew 16:16 - And Simon Peter answered and said. Thou art the Christ,
the Son of the living God

John 4:25, 26 - "The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias cometh,
which is called Christ when he is come, he will tell us all things.
Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am he."

Revelation 1:1 - The Revelation of Jesus Christ...

Christ is the Saviour of sinners, 

Christ is the Saviour for me;

Long I was chained in sin's darkness,

Now by His grace I am free. 

Shedding His blood for my ransom, 

Christ is the Saviour for me.

The word Christ means anointed, the Messiah. In the Old Testament, no
one was ever anointed Prophet, Priest, and King. Some were a Prophet and
Priest; David was a Prophet and King. A Prophets, Priests and Kings were
anointed with oil. Christ Jesus was a Prophet; now He is our Great High
Priest in heaven. And one day He will be King over all the earth.

May I ask you a question? 

Do you believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the Living God?
